He has those gold rings on his fingers which he can manipulate, however Doflamingo free of the 'dagger pointed to his heart' that is not having his body covered in gold dust, can actually use his full range of attacks this time around. On Dressrosa, I give Doflamingo the advantage (high Medium ~ low high difficulty), simply due to how much Tesoro's power's are nullified. I mean if he's already coated in gold and Tesoro doesn't fuck about or play around with prey (for ENTERTAINMENT!) like he did in the film, then Doflamingo's as good as dead as soon as he steps foot onto the island.
but this again is a very small possibility and is dependent on Tesoro not going straight for the kill. He could possibly replicate what Luffy did with regards to the seawater. If I'm going to be extremely optimistic, Doflamingo is someone who despite some moments of PIS/CIS during his clash with Luffy, seems resourceful & crafty enough to figure Tesoro's weakness and factor that in. And if even you managed to somehow avoid it, there's enough Gold lined within the island for him to manipulate to crush you.
With no prior knowledge of his powers, most people would let themselves get coated in his gold dust as they enter his complex and so be ultimately left at his mercy it's near Sugar level hax. Generally agree with 's assessment above especially when it comes to how near on invincible Gild Tesoro is on Gran Tesoro.
